Jamaica Beach

Our Jamaica Beach Project represents the last piece of beach front residential property in Tower Isle , St. Mary. The property sits at an elevation of about 80 feet above the Caribbean see, and has a beautiful seenric view of the coast line.
The property comprises 50 residential lots, 25 of which have been sold as individual residential lots. The remaining 25 lots are reserved to be sold as lots with houses on them. Registered Certficate of Titles are available for all lots. Prospective purchasers will select the lot on which their houses will be built and will select from one of our beautiful building designs. Individuals may also submit their own designs for their units.
