Kemtek Development & Construction Ltd. is a Real Estate Development company with its operating office at Shop 6E Pompano Commercial Center, Tower Isle, St. Mary. The Company has been involved in the provision of service lots and housing units to locals as well as returning residents in Jamaica. The Company was registered as a Limited Liability Company in June of 1989, and since then has developed a number of medium and large size projects in, St. Catherine, Kingston, St. Mary, St. Ann, and Trelawny.

Kemtek Development has an enviable track record in developing large plots of land into residential communities, and has strategically discriminated in the lower income, middle income as well as upper income development to meet the needs of different strata of the community.

The company is currently underway in a 782, two bedroom housing development in Falmouth, Stonebrook Vista, sits elevated above the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium and minutes away from the town of Falmouth and Jamaica's newest shipping pier and rezoned tourism city center.

Prior to Stonebrook Vista, Kemtek had completed a 152 housing development, Stonebrook Estate. It was owing to the success of Stonebrook Estate that motivated Kemtek to undertake another venture in the very popular and fast growing Falmouth community.

Other projects on the table are:

• Crystal Shores: this comprises 30 cliff side and 45 hill side residential lots in the one of the most sort after areas in St. Mary, located adjacent to Ocean Ridge.
• Ottawa Avenue: an apartment complex comprising one-bedroom units and super studios in the Kingston 6 area. (to start 2012)

• Emerald Estate, a126 two-bedroom housing development in Huddersfield, St. Mary.
• Greenwich Estate, a 129 two-bedroom housing development at Drax Hall, St. Ann.
• Rio Nuevo Resort Beach And Villas, which comprises of 150 residential lots and upscale houses in Tower Isle St. Mary.
• Jamaica Beach Resort, which comprises 75 residential lots over looking the Caribbean Sea.
• Keystone Phase II, which consists of 136 three and four bedroom units in Keystone, St. Catherine.
• Stilwell Mews Town Houses in Manor Park St. Andrew, consisting of eight upscale three bedroom town houses.

Team Kemtek

The Company is family oriented. The Principal Directors of the Company are: Sylvester Tulloch, his wife Eulyn Tulloch, and sons Garwin Tulloch, Handel Tulloch and Karl Tulloch. Sylvester Tulloch and Eulyn Tulloch have been directors since the company was founded in 1989, with Sylvester Tulloch being the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer while Eulyn occupies the position of Company Secretary.

• Sylvester Tulloch holds a B.Sc. in Economics (Hon.) in 1978 from the University of the West Indies and a MBA from Barry International University. He was the recipient of both the Ministry of Education Mathematics Scholarship, (1975) tenable at the University of the West Indies and the Latin America and Caribbean Scholarship (1987) tenable at any United States University. Prior to starting Kemtek Development and Construction Ltd. Mr. Tulloch served as the Director of Project Research and Planning at the then Agricultural Credit bank of Jamaica Ltd, (Now the Development bank of Jamaica), and was the responsible officer for all loans going to the Agricultural sector through the Commercial Banks.

  Mr. Tulloch has demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and over the last 22 years he has pioneered the company to become a major player in the Real Estate Industry. Already, the Company has completed over 7 Major Developments and is currently working on 3 new Developments.

• Mrs. Eulyn Tulloch holds a B.Sc. in Public Administration and has been a Graduate Teacher for over 35 Years. Her last teaching assignment was at the Meadowbrook High School where she taught for ten years and was head of the Department of Social Studies. As Company Secretary, she is responsible for all Company documents and liaises with Company Lawyers and other functionaries to ensure the smooth running of the Company.
• Garwin Tulloch is the Director of Operations. He holds a B.Sc. (Hon) from the University of the West Indies and a MBA from PACE University in New York. Garwin has been with the company since 2000. As Director of Operations his role is to plan and coordinate the day-to-day activities on the construction site.
• Handel Tulloch is the Director of Technical Services. He holds an Associate Degree in Automotive/Truck and Industrial Technology from the Universal Institute in USA. As Director of Technical Services, he is responsible for the scheduling of all equipment onsite, and ensures that the company's machinery and equipment are serviced and maintained to allow them to operate at optimum levels. He brings to the company, over 8 years in Equipment Maintenance and service.
• Karl Tulloch is the Director of Sales and Marketing. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of the West Indies in Accounting and Management Studies and an MBA from Mona School of Business. He was the former Sales Director for Digicel Suriname. In this role, he is responsible for the development of all Marketing Strategies, and the Promotion and Sales of all the company's new products and services.
