This project is located on the suburb of the historic town of Falmouth, just across from the new Trelawny Multipurpose Stadium which is located on the Daniel Town main road which leads from Falmouth to Clarks Town. Phase I of the project consists of 150 two bedroom houses, each with floor space of 900 square feet. These units have been completed since April 2009.
